Terms of sale
These terms cover any purchase from Bots & Borgs (botsandborgs.com), whether you order on the site or an agent orders through our API for you.
Orders
Every item is printed on demand after you pay. The price you see, or the quote our API returns, includes the item and shipping; sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. A quote holds its price until the time it states.
An order placed by software acting for you (an AI agent, a script) is your order: the payment you authorise at checkout is what places it.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Designs
Our designs are original. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed product.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
