Returns & refunds

Everything is printed to order, so returns work a little differently from a warehouse store.

Misprints, damage, wrong item

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint it or refund you in full, and you do not need to send it back.

Wrong size or changed your mind

Because each item is made for you, we cannot take back an item that matches what was ordered. Check the size details on the product page before you buy.

Cancelling

An unpaid order can be cancelled at any time. A paid order can be cancelled within 2 hours, before it goes to print: email [email protected].

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
